"Recognition" was conceived as a homage to the art critic and collector Miguel Logroño and was structured around an important selection of pieces from his art collection, library and personal archives, all of which form part of the Lafuente Archive. These items were displayed alongside numerous objects and photographs related to his life and professional career. Logroño formed close friendships with a number of artists and intellectuals of his day, including Juan Barjola, Bonifacio, Fajardo, Camín, Antón Lamazares, Leopoldo Nóvoa, José Freixanes, the Cantabrians Fernando Sáez, Eduardo Sanz and the late Enrique Gran, as well as the renowned gallery owner Juana Mordó.
