At the turn of the nineteenth century, Russian artists, revolutionaries before the Revolution, broke with pre-established moulds and were forerunners of modernity in ways never seen before in their country.
Fundación MAPFRE, together with Grimaldi Forum Monaco, presents the exhibition "From Chagall to Malevich: Art in Revolution", which brings together over 90 works and 23 publications by artists who lived through the transformation of a society full of hope and the belief that the Revolution marked the onset of a new world.
